About me
I have been practicing Bankruptcy law for almost 19 years. I am lessened in Wisconsin, Illinois, and New York. I take cases all over Wisconsin & New York but limit my practice in Illinois to Chicago and the Northern District of Illinois. I handle Ch.7, Ch.13 & Ch.11. Got my first Ch.11 case confirmed last November in Chicago. I also do Tax Work...namely Offers in Compromise with the IRS. I also do a lot of probate work in Wisconsin. Hoping to do More Ch.11's this year and start filing adversaries successfully in Bankruptcy Court to discharge student loan debt.
I have been a NACBA Member since 2005. I love this organization.
