I am Senior Counsel to RHM Law LLP in Encino, CA.  I have practiced bankruptcy law for 43 years representing debtors and creditors including litigation and appeals.  Most recently I took a two-year sabbatical and served as a Law Clerk to Judge Laura Taylor sitting on the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for most of 2022 and to Judge William Lafferty for most of 2023.
