About me
Kristen Scott Nardone is the founding member of Nardone Law Firm, PLLC in Concord, North Carolina. She graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2001. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Craig Whitley in the WDNC and Thomas W. Waldrep, Jr. in the MDNC. She is certified as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law by the North Carolina State Bar. She has authored a chapter in the North Carolina Bankruptcy Practice Manual on Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in 2012, 2017, and 2023. Kristen has filed over 1,500 consumer bankruptcy proceedings as well as prosecuted adversary proceedings regarding violations of the Bankruptcy Code, mortgage servicing errors, and state law claims. Kristen is married and has seventeen-year-old twin daughters. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and golf.
